Link Mobility Sponsor Badge

Introduction – World Spawn

We are proud to sponsor the Arctic Cloud Developer Challenge – Hackathon 2026. Welcome to the server. This is day one, difficulty is set to Hard, and innovation is the only way to survive the night.
At LINK, supporting developers and enabling scalable, real-world solutions is what we do best. We don’t believe in dirt huts that collapse at sunset – we help you build blast-resistant, production-ready bases that keep running even when creepers start hissing in the logs.
For this year’s hackathon, all 12 participating teams spawn with access to three powerful services: MyLINK Lookup, CGI SMS API, and MyLINK Email API. These tools are your redstone dust, observers, and repeaters – combine them correctly and you’ll craft secure, reliable, and high-performance communication flows directly into your applications.

CGI SMS API – Creeper-proof Messaging

The CGI SMS API is a REST-based SMS engine used to send and receive inbound and outbound messages. It’s built for survival mode: stable, predictable, and resistant to sudden explosions in traffic.
For this hackathon, all 12 teams have been provided with a dedicated set of credentials – your own protected base, no griefing allowed.
This is the same API Microsoft uses for SMS integration in Customer Insights Journey & Sales in MS Dynamics. In other words: this is not a wooden sword – this is fully enchanted netherite gear, now unlocked as a standalone API for you to use freely. Each team has access to a keyword for incoming messages. Incoming SMS can be routed to the endpoint of your choice, configurable through the Gate API (documentation linked below). Think of it as rewiring your redstone so the signal triggers exactly the machine you want.

Credential - Your Loot Chest
LINK has shared credentials with all participating teams via email, sent from Fredrik.dragebo@linkmobility.com
Below is an example of the credential chest (values replaced – each team received their own unique drops):
Username – your player name
Password – guard it, or mobs will spawn
PlatformPartnerId – server identifier
PlatformID – SMS
Access Number – your beacon frequency
Keyword – the magic word that activates the contraption
Gate – your redstone hub

Example values:
Username: xxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxx
PlatformPartnerId: xxxxxxxx
PlatformID: SMS
Access Number: +4759580498
Keyword: keyword
Gate: xxxxxx

Lookup API – Map, Compass & Coordinates Enabled

MyLINK Lookup
is your fully upgraded map, compass, and coordinates all in one. It enables accurate address lookups for both businesses and individuals using multiple data points, including:
- Phone numbers (MSISDN)
- Social security numbers
- Names
- Addresses

The service is tailored for defined territories and pulls data from trusted public authorities and operators. Databases are regularly updated so you don’t end up chasing villagers that disappeared three versions ago.Coverage includes both private individuals and companies, and the solution is fully compliant with national legislation and security standards. No illegal builds, no admin bans.
NB: Uses the same credentials as the CGI SMS API – one keyring, multiple dimensions.

MyLINK Email API – Automated Farms for Your Inbox

The MyLINK Email API is available through the MyLINK Portal and allows organizations to send emails and create templates with dynamic content. Think of it as an automatic crop farm – set it up once, and it keeps producing value while you focus on the boss fight.
Email invitations to the MyLINK Portal have been sent to all participating teams from:
noreply@linkmobility.com
Documentation and credentials are accessed inside the portal. For a quick look without leaving the overworld, see: https://developers.qa.linkmobility.group/default/documentation/email
Write a blog about it. This blog has to be posted to LinkedIn and you must tag Link Mobility in the post.
